How to Apply :

1. Please make sure your girdles are free of oil, dust and cream prior to usage of body tape. 
2. Please use our nipple covers first before applying your body tape.
3. Measure and cut the tape with the width and length you need.
4. Lean your upper body forward, hold your breast in desired position and apply the tape.

How to Remove :

1. Pull the tape off slowly and carefully. (Attention: If you rip the tape off too quickly, you risk tearing your skin).
2. Dispose the tape afterwards, it is not meant to be worn multiple times.

Warnings⚠️:

1.  Do not tape over the nipple, please use our nipple covers before applying this tape.
2. Do not wear the tape over 12 hours.
3. Do not tape over broken, damaged, or sun-burnt skin.
