No worries! You can return any unworn item for any reason within 7 days! Just e-mail us at email@example.com and we will be able to process your return right away! Returns are only valid 7 days from the date parcel is delivered.
Buyers are required to ship the item(s) back to our warehouse, shipping charges will not be reimbursed and buyers are required to bourne shipping charges. Returns are only allowed via courrier or walk-in at our flagship store.
Kindly ensure items are shipped back in its original packaging with tags intact, unworned, unwashed, unaltered and are purchased directly from us. All footwear must include the original shoe box with dust bags still intact in its original condition - unworn, sole unsoiled, undamaged. Kiss & Tell reserve the rights to reject any items that are deemed unfit and does not meet the condition mentioned above.
Return can only be done once and Kiss & Tell reserve the rights to reject any return requests thereafter.
Upon receiving your return parcel, Kiss & Tell will issue a store credit of your purchase amount back to you. Kiss & Tell do not have a cash refund policy, hence, any return will be in the form of a store credit only. A processing fee of RM10 will be charged for each return item for West Malaysia orders while RM15 will be charged for each return item for East Malaysia orders. For example, if your return item cost RM69, you will receive a store credit of RM59 equivalent. Kindly note that store credit will expire in 30 days, any unclaimed store credit will be forfeited after this time period. Store credit can only be utilized in one transaction, any axcess amount will not be refunded.
** Do note however, during any sales or promotion period (including the use of discount code or discount voucher), all items are not exchangable or refundable. Due to hygenic reasons, stick-on-bra, jewellery, earrings and pre-order items are strictly non returnable.
