1. E- Commerce Executive  

Full time position

Start date : Immediate

Location : Zenith Corporate Park (Must have own transport)

Role Overview:

As our E-Commerce Executive, you'll be at the forefront of our online marketplace strategy, optimizing our presence across platforms like Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, and Zalora. Your mission will be to enhance product visibility, drive sales, and improve customer satisfaction through strategic analysis and creative campaign management.

  

Job Description:

E-commerce Channel Management

  • Elevate our brand on major marketplaces by optimizing listings (SEOs), managing promotions, and analyzing performance data to drive sales and improve customer engagement.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) like sales, conversion rates, customer reviews/ratings, and implement strategies to improve these metrics.
  • Spearheading regular market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify trends pricing strategies, and promotional and opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Plan, executive, and optimise campaigns and promotions effectively to achieve sales and marketing objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to launch impactful campaigns.

 

Inventory & Financial Management

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations, from stock management to financial reporting, aligning e-commerce strategies with our broader business goals.
  • Ensuring quantity of inventory is always accurate and up to date, perform weekly and monthly reconciliation whenever is needed.
  • Work closely with Warehouse & Production Team on stock allocation for the website that meets e-commerce Marketing Plan on collection launching, replenishment and promotions. This includes overseeing the Quality Check is carried out accordingly upon stocks received.

 

Customer Excellence

  • Lead the charge in managing customer interactions including inquiries, complaints, refund/exchange requests, recommendations, and other activities that reflect to the operation of the e-commerce.
  • Foster satisfaction, loyalty, and community through exceptional service and engagement initiatives.
  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and ratings to identify areas of improvement and implement strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.

Others 

  • Attend to ad-hoc request/ assignment as and when required by Line Manager & General Manager.
  • Supervise and provide support (hands on to work might be required) to subordinates to ensure set deliverables.

 You're the ideal candidate if you have:

  • A passion for the Kiss&Tell brand and a deep understanding of the Malaysian e-commerce landscape.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing marketplace accounts, preferably with a focus on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok and Zalora in the Malaysia and Singapore market.
  • Proficiency in using marketplace seller portals, tools, and analytics dashboards including sponsored product ads, banners, and other marketplace-specific advertising options.
  • Solid analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal teams, external partners, marketplace support, key account managers, brand principals, and third-party e-commerce enablers.
  • Detail-oriented and proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and achieving targets.

Working Hours : 9am - 5:30pm (Monday - Saturday)

Job Scope :

  • Collaborate closely with the Director on ongoing and future projects.
  • Take initiative in coordinating and communicating with team members and external parties regarding the Director’s needs and instructions, showcasing leadership skills to build and maintain trust and respect.
  • Undertake thorough research and address incoming issues promptly, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Deliver results through a direct and hands-on approach.
  • Offer high-level, confidential assistance to the Director in both personal and professional areas by providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support.
  • Independently handle special projects, occasional tasks, and other duties as needed.
  • Actively manage and organize the Director’s electronic calendar, prioritizing and scheduling meetings, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Independently plan and arrange comprehensive travel and lodging details as needed.
  • Independently carry out research, personal shopping, and various errands on behalf of the Director.
  • Serve as an effective conduit for communication between the Director and internal departments, reinforcing leadership qualities to foster trust and support.

4) Operations Assistance

Working Hours : 9am - 5:30pm (Monday - Saturday)

 

Job Scope :

  • Manage incoming & outgoing stocks
  • Pick & pack parcels (Process e-commerce orders - prepare airway bill for picking, packing and printing)
  • Ensure parcels are shipped out within lead time, recorded and signed
  • QC items upon arrival & before shipment
  • Assist with ad-hoc & day to day operations of the company
  • Manage & upkeep warehouse storage
  • Uploading of SKUs onto platforms
  • Perform monthly stock take
  • Communicate & communicate with other team members

 

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM
  • Team Player
  • Able to work independently & in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have basic computing skills (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel)
