SHIPPING WITHIN MALAYSIA

All parcels are shipped express. A flat rate of RM15 applies for orders below RM150 for East Malaysia while a flat rate of RM10 applies for orders below RM150 for West Malaysia. All orders above minimum spend are shipped for free.

All orders are processed on the same day provided payment is made before 9am daily (excludes weekends and public holiday). Parcel will arrive 2-3 working days from dispatch date depending on location. It is a perception that packages sent to Peninsula Malaysia arrives faster than East Malaysia. However, should your package not reach you by the said time frame, please contact and quote your order number to enquire about the package status. You will be able to contact Post Laju to reschedule for a second delivery if you've missed the first delivery, as per call card details. 

*NEW* Same day delivery (Klang Valley only)

Need something urgently on the same day? Opt for same day delivery and we will do the rest for you! We use Lalamove for same day delivery and the fees automatically be calculated upon check out. All orders ordered before 2pm will be sent out the same day while orders that comes in after 2pm will be arranged for same day delivery the next working day. Please note that our office is closed on Public Holidays & Sundays, same day delivery orders that come in on these days will be arranged the next working day. 

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

All international packages will be shipped via Pos Malaysia. The expected time frame varies between different countries and zone. Please allow 3-20 working days for packages to arrive. Should your package not reach you by the said time frame, please contact us and quote your order or shipping number to enquire about the package status.

GENERAL INFORMATION

Our items are carefully wrapped and package in our boxes for shoes. Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment have been verified. All packages are shipped via Malaysia Post with tracking and drop-off with signature. 

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Please note that we will not be held responsible for missing packages due to a mistake in delivery address, damaged parcels or any other mishap. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect all objects in the package.

**During sales/promotional period (inclusive of the use of discount voucher / discount code), recycle packaging will be used. eg: items will not come wrapped in signature tissue paper & signature box - shoes will be packed and sent out in bubble wrap only. Kindly note that parcels will be delayed during this period as well due to overwhelming orders, Kiss & Tell will no longer be able to guarantee next day delivery, hence, do give us up to 5 working days to get all orders shipped out.
