MY ORDER CAN'T GO THROUGH, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you are receiving a payment error message while checking out using ipay (our secure payment gateway), kindly re-order and choose "Paypal" and select "Pay with my debit / credit card option." If you would like to place an order again via ipay, please ensure that order is not placed when banks are updating or maintaining it's web services (11:30pm - 1:00 am).

MY PAYMENT HAS ALREADY GONE THROUGH BUT MY ORDER SAYS PAYMENT EROR. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Don't worry! Simply e-mail our team at orders@shopkissandtell.net attaching your receipt from iPay88 showing your proof of payment deduction with the e-mail subject "Order dropped, please help!" Our team will revert within 24 hours after verification with iPay88 and retrieve your dropped order.

I NEED TO AMMEND SOMETHING ON MY ORDER. HOW CAN I DO THAT?

If you need to change your order, please contact us immediately. We generally procces orders within 2-3 hours. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we are unable to make any changes.

I'M IN LOVE WITH SOMETHING THAT IS OUT OF STOCK / OUT OF SIZE, WHAT CAN I DO?

Simply sign up to be notified if the item is back in store! To sign up to be notified if an item is being restocked :

Choose your desire size on the product page from the dropdown menu
Enter your e-mail address
Click on the "notify me" button
You will be the first to know if the item is back in stock!

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

All orders are shipped out on the same day, if payment is received prior to 9am.
