• Fits true to size, take your usual size
• If you have longer toes or wider feet, take a size up 
• Measurements are taken in cm, kindly compare insole measurements of shoes with your existing shoes
• Kindly use your Vincci / Charles & Keith / Aldo sizing as a reference. Ie : If you are a Vincci Size 5, kindly opt for size 36.
