How to Apply :

1. Wipe the breasts with warm towel. Wipe all oil, dirt even sweat on body.
2. Put the nipple covers on the nipple softly. Make the outer edge of the covers stuck to the skin.
3. Measure and cut the tape with the width and length you need.
4. Lean your upper body forward, hold your breast in desired position and apply the tape.

How to Remove :

1. Warm bath or shower will help slacken, soak the tape in warm water.
